The Fight Vibes Academy is committed to providing personalized, high-quality fight and fitness training. To maintain the efficiency of our scheduling and respect the time of our trainers and clients, we have the following policy:
48-Hour Cancellation Window
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
Full Charge for Late Cancellation
Cancellations within a 12-hour window of your scheduled session will be charged the full rate of the session.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the same charge.
Emergency Exceptions
Life happens! Exceptions for emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Trainer’s Cancellation
Should a trainer cancel a session, the client will be offered an additional free session on their next booking.
Group Sessions
The policies outlined above still apply. All participants must be present for scheduled Group Sessions. If someone can’t attend, please reschedule in advance. There are no refunds or rescheduling for absentees.
