INTRO TO BOXING

60 min. session of demos & drills
TEENS 15+, ADULTS, SENIORS | BEGINNERS ONLY
This is the best class for the absolute beginner, and those who want to experience what it’s like to train like a Boxer! You’ll leave class feeling confident enough to walk into any Boxing gym, and be better prepared for the training. We’ll dive into the details of proper stance, footwork, and punch mechanics while using a variety Boxing equipment. You’ll gain a solid understanding of basic Boxing techniques – all of which are skills that you’ll be improving on for the rest of your martial arts journey.
INTRO TO FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

60 min. session of demos & drills
TEENS 15+, ADULTS, SENIORS | BEGINNERS ONLY
This class is meant to help you find your base for Strength & Conditioning. Kettlebells, Sandbags, Sleds, and other unconventional training tools are the main tools in my program. I will teach you how to perform full body workouts that enhance power, endurance, and overall athleticism. We’ll use a variety of methods for training, and educate you on how to continue your journey into becoming stronger, moving better, and feeling more confident about your ability with every future session you commit to. No previous weight-training experience required.
INTRO TO KETTLEBELLS

60 min. session of demos & drills

My goal with this class is to teach you proper Kettlebell technique, focusing on cues that will help you perform the exercises safely and effectively. You’ll develop a basic understanding of the Kettlebell Swing, Clean, and Press. These are the foundational movements that lead into more advanced Kettlebell exercises. You’ll also learn how to program your own workouts with logical progressions and methods that align with your goals. No previous weight-training experience required.
