I've tried many forms of Strength & Conditioning programs over the years, but my involvement with the The Power Project Podcast redefined my views on training. 
Being around Powerlifting icon “The Meathead Millionaire” Mark Bell, as well as grapplers, and diet experts, Nsima Inyang, and Andrew Zaragoza, gave me the confidence to develop my own program for fighters.
My approach to strength training focuses on movements that translate directly to FIGHTING – emphasizing mobility, recovery, and longevity.
